Klöckner & Co SE shares will no longer be admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as of August 12, 2026.

Under the German Stock Corporation Act (Section 161 AktG), Klöckner & Co SE, as a publicly traded company, was required to disclose the extent to which it had complied with or would comply with the recommendations, or which recommendations it had not applied or would not apply (“comply or explain”). The annual statements for previous years can be found below under “Declarations of conformity.”
