Management Board Remuneration
The remuneration system for the Management Board was approved by the Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2021. The Supervisory Board of the Company subsequently resolved on the same day to determine the remuneration of the members of the Management Board in accordance with that remuneration system.
Additional information on the remuneration of the Management Board and Supervisory Board members for the fiscal year 2022 are provided in the remuneration report 2022, which was approved by the Annual General Meeting on May 17, 2023.
