Klöckner & Co SE: Gisbert Rühl to become Chairman of the Management Board of Klöckner & Co SE already on November 1, 2009

The Supervisory Board of Klöckner & Co SE has approved the request by Dr. Thomas Ludwig to resign two months earlier than initially planned on October 31, 2009. At the same time Gisbert Rühl's appointment as Chairman of the Management Board has been brought forward to November 1, 2009.
