MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER KARSTEN LORK TO LEAVE KLÖCKNER & CO SE
Duisburg, Germany, February 23, 2018 – Karsten Lork, Member of the Management Board of Klöckner & Co SE since February 1, 2013, is leaving the Group on February 28, 2018 following the Supervisory Board’s resolution to restructure the Management Board’s responsibilities.
During his tenure as Member of the Management Board of Klöckner & Co SE, Karsten Lork took charge of the operating business in Europe and drove forward implementation of the “Klöckner & Co 2022” strategy.
