Annual General Meeting 2014
The eighth Klöckner & Co SE Annual General Meeting took place on May 23, 2014 in the Congress Center Düsseldorf (CCD Ost), Germany.
Around 300 shareholders attended the event. All resolutions proposed by the management were adopted by large majorities.
