We take quite seriously our obligation, mandated by Company policy, to provide advanced training to young people. In addition, we see our internal training programs as an opportunity to properly train our specialists and executives for the future and to prepare them for future assignments. Because, ultimately, we want you to say that you are one of the best following your training at Klöckner & Co. That’s our expectation, and it should be your expectation, too.
Since 2010, our German company has also offered students with high grades in the final school examination (Abitur) and a general college entrance qualification the opportunity to pursue a dual work-study program. In six semesters, you can combine the training for a Chamber of Commerce and Industry-accredited (IHK) professional qualification with a study program. In cooperation with the government-accredited European University of Applied Sciences (Europäische Fachhochschule/EUFH), you can attain a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management or a Bachelor`s Degree in Logistics Management – including a semester abroad. With three years of work experience and your degree, you can then transition seamlessly into a job.
